- Trip Cancellation and Interruption Insurance
Use the card for pre-paid, non-refundable passenger fares to be eligible for reimbursement if a covered trip is canceled or cut short by a covered situation.
- Purchase Protection
Use the card for eligible new purchases to receive coverage against damage or theft for 120 days from the date of purchase, subject to terms.
- Refer Friends
Use the referral link if you already have a Chase Freedom Flex card to refer friends who get any participating Chase Freedom credit card.
- Zero Liability Protection
Tell Chase immediately if you think someone used your card or account information without permission.
- Complimentary 6 months of DashPass
Activate the DashPass membership by Dec 31, 2027 by adding your Chase Freedom Flex card as the default payment method on DoorDash or Caviar and clicking the activation button; use the card at checkout for DashPass-eligible orders.
- 24/7 Fraud Monitoring
Chase monitors card activity and may text, email or call if there are unusual purchases on the credit card.
- Auto Rental Coverage
Decline the rental company's collision insurance and charge the entire rental cost to the card to receive reimbursement coverage for theft and collision damage for most rental vehicles, subject to terms.
- Travel and Emergency Assistance
When traveling away from home, contact the benefit for legal and medical referrals and access to other travel and emergency assistance services; you pay costs of goods or services obtained.
- Extended Warranty Protection
Use the card for eligible purchases with a manufacturer's U.S. warranty of three years or less to extend the warranty by one additional year, subject to terms.
- Chase Pay Over Time
If eligible, select an eligible purchase of $100 or more with the Pay Over Time option next to the transaction amount in your credit card account activity to create a fixed monthly payment plan.

Use Chase Credit Journey to access a free credit score, customized score improvement plans provided by Experian, and identity monitoring.
